    BullyingUK is the UKs leading anti-bullying charity. The charity provides practical information and advice to young people and their parents through its website and via email.     Kidscape offers a range of training and support to children, parents and professionals; giving them the skills and confidence to challenge bullying and abuse in all its forms.

    ChildLine is the free helpline and online service for children and young people in the UK. Children and young people can call 0800 1111 or visit www.childline.org.uk to talk to a trained counsellor about any problem, or talk to other young people on the message boards.

  • CANparent

    CANparent is a consortium of parenting organisations that provide group and online classes to parents and adult carers to learn tips and techniques to help with everyday situations. CANparent allows a chance to discuss challenges with other parents in a supportive environment. Parents and adult carers can register an interest in attending online or face-to-face parenting classes in their area by visiting www.canparent.org.uk or calling CANparent free on 0808 800 1102.
