    A London-based NHS service for victims of rape and sexual assault. Their staff include specialist workers who help young people. The most important thing they do is to make sure you are okay, and to help you recover from the assault.

    A national organisation made up of centres that provide specialist frontline support and independent advice for women and girls who have experienced any form of sexual violence both recently and/or in the past. They are community based and independent of government and the criminal justice system. Their website provides the information survivors need to access services and support.
